"Tammie did a STELLAR job with finding us the perfect house! I'm not usually a person who writes reviews, but this one is needed and well-deserved! I can't say enough good things about Tammie! For starters, she was ON TOP of EVERYTHING the entire time! We looked at a total of 11 houses/cabins and her response time was excellent throughout the entire process. I'll be very honest here. I had Tammie asking so many seller's agents various questions, all differing from the other and all over the place! Not ONCE did she refuse or have a poor attitude towards any of it (and I had her do a lot!).. I could tell she was a seasoned agent... She was extremely knowledgeable about a multitude of different areas, from things that might be a hindrance, helpful, optional, negotiable, not possible, or not functionable with what we were trying to accomplish. She stayed in alignment with our desires and goals. I also had our teenage daughter and a gf with us along with our cabin-finding experience. I was so appreciative towards how cute and involving Tammie was towards the girls. (Not all people want to deal with teenagers! ha!) She sent me info from start to finish about who/what/when/where/how/why (before I needed it) and once closed, I had an email with all local county contacts/companies which was extremely helpful ATF! She knew an answer to every question. I am a very type-A personality that likes things to be efficient on everyone's end and she did just that. In my previous experience with a real estate agent (that was recommended to me), Tammie showed me how "mediocre" the past agent was. Not by saying anything, but what she demonstrated for me along the way, and how she dealt with everyone involved. She goes above and beyond!
